Parallel to his studies, he worked for various design studios such as Bureau Mario Lombardo and Hi-ReS!<br \/><\/span><span>From 2014 to 2017, BMW employed him as Art Director for their Germany-wide web presence. He then moved to a digital agency to gain the broadest possible knowledge of digital design before finally founding UNA NAU in 2019.<br \/><br \/>Nele Daut completed her Master of Arts in Art Studies at the Technical University of Berlin in 2019. She subsequently held positions at the Neue Philharmonie Berlin and the Gropius Bau in the areas of project management, digital communication, web, CMS, SEO, editorial work, and social media. At the same time, Nele joined UNA NAU before transitioning fully to the agency.<\/span><span><br \/><br \/><\/span><span>We very often work across different topics, processes and programs. There is not one topic, one process and three programs that we use. It is much more an attitude that we have.<br \/><br \/><\/span><div><span>Inspiration<br \/><\/span><span>The trivial and the complex.<\/span><\/div><div><span>Nature is an incredible and endless source of inspiration for us.<\/span><\/div><div><span>Rethinking, restarting, reinventing when things get stuck and don't work out.<\/span><\/div><div><span>Purely for the sake of interest, we inform ourselves quite a lot about various topics, processes and current affairs.<br \/><\/span><span>We know a lot of work from other studios and agencies, appreciate a lot of great colleagues and also have a large circle of friends here who often inspire us.<br \/><br \/><\/span><span>Searching for ideas<\/span><\/div><div><span>Sometimes we start directly without any brainstorming because we immediately feel a first impulse, a direction that feels very good and sometimes we start with an in-depth examination of the subject matter and its task.<br \/><br \/><\/span><span>Working method<\/span><\/div><div><span><span>Very often, clients come to us with their company, their life's work, who have been following our work for a long time and feel and think very similarly, and we also feel this responsibility. Our goal is to create an impressive, high-quality, coherent overall experience, from design and communication to experiences on digital platforms. At the end of the day, it's not just a product or a job for us. We are a kind of neurotransmitter, where we transmit signals at synapses from one nerve cell to another.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><div><span>Hero:inside<\/span><\/div><div><span>An incredibly difficult term, where you could write just one or two words or an incredible amount.
