Each series of motifs is based on a basic body, a kind of planet, which is digitally depicted in three dimensions. In the further process, Mrugalla visualizes sections of this body. Mrugalla selects the most exciting and surprising ones. But which ones are they? When is enough enough and when is a motif complete? Artists and viewers alike are thrown back on fundamental questions of perception.
